Shadow areas are notorious in brewhouse tanks, leading to high-levels of particulates. Jet heads such as the TZ-74 Brew Kettle achieve a truly repeatable clean, specially configured to withstand high volumes of recirculated product in this hostile environment.
Fermentation vessels require high impact cleaning to guarantee the removal of heavy yeast, proteins, hops materials and ‘bottoms’. The Rotary Jet Head technology has helped brewers achieve fast cycle times, minimising energy use and effluent.
