Rotary Cleaning Head

Featuring a unique one-clip hygienic assembly, our Rotary Spray Heads are easy to install and inspect, self cleaning and feature a drainable slide bearing. They are the first full dairy Rotary Spray Head product range to be EHEDG certified and compliant with 3A standards.

Agitator

The Alfa Laval EnSaFoil Agitator provides high pumping effect and flow rates with minimal power consumption. It is configured to meet the most stringent process duties across the dairy industry – including fermentation, keeping vessel contents homogenous, mixing powders and liquid, dissolving ingredients and more.

ThinkTop

Ideal for use in the dairy industry, the ThinkTop automation series provide real-time information about valve operating status 24/7 while helping to improve production performance and secure traceability for Diaphragm, Butterfly, Single-Seat and Mixproof Valves.

Butterfly Valve

The LKB UltraPure can be operated remotely using an air-actuator or manually with a handle. The air-actuator converts axial piston movement into a 90° shaft rotation. Additionally, the actuator’s torque amplifies when the valve disc comes into contact with the Valve seal.

Powder Mixer

The patented Hybrid Powder Mixer is designed to dissolve or mix in stabilisers, thickeners, and emulsifiers, and can dissolve recombined milk to more than 50% dry matter. A unique powder wetting and dissolving design assures a uniform end product with no lumps and a minimum of air.

Pump SRU

The SRU Pump can handle from low to high viscosity dairy products with its characteristic smooth, low shear pumping action being ideal for creams, emulsions, aerated mixtures, and delicate cells and organic solids in suspension. SRU configuration options enable optimised selection for Pumps for base products and fruit additives with large particles.
