The Alfa Laval PlusClean is a wall and bottom dish-mounted cleaning nozzle designed to clean shadow areas in tanks (e.g. below agitator blades and other tank internals) with a high-impact jet.
PlusClean smoothly integrates into tank walls, and, when activated during CIP, cleans shadow areas with a high-impact fan of cleaning media, giving the market’s first guarantee of 100% internal coverage.

Alfa Laval PlusClean is available in several variants, making 100% cleaning coverage possible in virtually any application. Depending on the overall design of your vessel, the cleaning device can be installed in either the tank wall or the bottom, ensuring coverage is optimised for your specific application.
PlusClean® is easy to install with a patented, built-in adjustment function. Fluid pressure- responsive media-spring activation opens the device automatically during CIP.
The PlusClean® is available as standard with all wetted stainless-steel components manufactured from AISI 316L. O-rings are made from FEP/SIL and EPDM. The choice of slot (spray pattern) can optimise spray impact length and flow rate at the desired pressure.
