The Arcus VASA Mobile is a versatile, plug-and-play industrial cleaning system designed for efficiency and mobility. Equipped with a 360° cleaning head, it ensures complete coverage, while its powerful 200-bar pressure delivers thorough cleaning. The system features a timed wash cycle with automatic shutdown, enhancing ease of use.
Mounted on a trolley for effortless movement and storage, it includes a wash lance for external IBC cleaning. Built with a heavy-duty frame, it suits demanding industrial environments. Available in both 240v single-phase and 415v three-phase options, it’s easy to install and relocate.

Working Principle
The system offers a timed wash cycle, with timers to change the length of each stage. There is an option for chemical dosing and three stage wash cycle (Pre-Rinse/Anti-Foam, Chemical Wash and Final Rinse), with diaphragm dosing pumps to inject chemical solution into the inlet water line and enable complete sanitisation of the IBC.
