PF Sanitary Jet Head
Alfa Laval GamaJet PF
Industrial Jet Head
The Alfa Laval GJ PF is a Rotary Jet Head tank cleaning machine, intended for use in industrial roles. Designed for cleaning tanks whose capacities vary from 15-150 m3, it employs both pressure and flow, discharging high-impact jets that spin in a recurring and uniform 360-degree cleaning pattern.
The Alfa Laval GJ PF minimises water and cleaning media consumption. Its gear train uses food-grade lubricants, and reduces any risk of particle damage to the machine during operation. Easily customised to meet user needs, it lets companies spend less time cleaning and more time producing.
The Alfa Laval GJ PF is designed to remove the very toughest deposits left in industrial tanks from a broad range of industries, including personal care, chemical, pulp and paper, ethanol, starch, and oil.
The Alfa Laval GJ PF is designed for the removal of the toughest residues from industrial tanks across a broad range of industries, such as the Home Care, Chemical, Pulp and Paper, Ethanol, Starch, and Oil Industries.

Other Specifications
1.5″ Tri-Clover, 1.5″ slipfit (R-clip), 1.5″ NPT-Female, 2″ Camlock Plug
Parts are machined from 316-L Stainless Steel investment castings or bar stock.
Turbine shaft thrust is absorbed by a Tungsten carbide bushing. Gear bushings are food grade polyphenylene sulphide
O-Ring materials are selected for each application. EPDM is standard, with Viton and Kalrez available. Other materials can be supplied on special order.
Nozzle sizes from 1/4″ (6.35 mm), 5/16″ (7.94 mm) to 3/8″ (9.53 mm)
The wash fluid enters the Gamajet at the inlet collar where it encounters and spins turbine blades. The turbine blades are attached to the top of the drive or rotor shaft. The bottom of this shaft is connected to the inside of a flo-thru, robust planetary gearhead which then turns the body in the horizontal plane and the nozzles in the vertical plane.
The flo-thru planetary gearhead uses the wash fluid as a lubricant. All internal gearhead parts are stainless steel.
Complete operating and maintenance procedures are covered in a detailed instruction manual furnished with all machines.
Ready availability of spare parts or kits, and ease of on-site maintenance minimises the need for repairs. Prompt factory overhaul or repair service is always available. Replacement parts are stocked year round. Special 24-48 hour delivery available upon request at no extra charge.
A food-grade grease is inside the sealed gearhead casing. No customer-supplied or user-maintained lubricant is needed.
Gamajets are warrantied for eighteen months from the date of shipment against any defects in workmanship or materials. Normal maintenance parts such as O-rings and bearings are not included under this warranty, nor is damage caused by dropping, use of destructively corrosive fluids, or other abuse. This warranty shall not apply to any malfunction resulting from use of non-Gamajet replacement parts purchased from any source other than Gamajet or an authorised Gamajet distributor. How the GamaJet PF Works
The high-impact jet stream from the Alfa Laval GJ PF Rotary Jet Head covers the entire surface of the tank interior in a successively denser pattern. This achieves a powerful mechanical impact with a low volume of water and cleaning media.
The flow of the cleaning fluid makes the nozzles perform a geared rotation around the vertical and horizontal axes. In the first cycle, the nozzles lay out a pattern on the tank surface. The subsequent cycles repeat this pattern, but displaced, until full cleaning is achieved. Once the full clean is reached, the machine will start over to perform the next full cleaning pattern.
