Application
The (Toftejorg) Alfa Laval SaniJet 20 is a Rotary Jet Head tank cleaning machine is designed to be used in hygienic environments. Suitable for tanks from 5 to 30 m³ in capacity, it uses pressure and flow to generate high-impact cleaning jets that rotate in a repeated 360-degree pattern. The SaniJet 20 reduces water and cleaning media use, and is easily customised to meet specific customer needs, so businesses spend less time cleaning and more time producing.
Working principle
The SaniJet 20 employs the patented “Golden Section” cleaning pattern. The distance between the jet tracks ensures residual product is efficiently removed from the tank surface from the start of the sequence, leading to a cleaning process that is quick yet effective.

The high-impact jet stream from the Rotary Jet Head covers the entire surface 360° of the tank interior in a successively denser pattern. This achieves a powerful mechanical impact with a low volume of water and cleaning media.
The flow of the cleaning fluid makes the nozzles perform a geared rotation around the vertical and horizontal axes. In the first cycle, the nozzles lay out a coarse pattern on the tank surface. The subsequent cycles gradually make the pattern denser until a complete cleaning pattern is achieved.
