The Alfa Laval GJ A6 is a Rotary Jet Head tank cleaning machine, specialised for use in hygienic environments. Built to clean tanks from 5-20 m3 in volume, it makes use of pressure and flow to project a high impact cleaning spray that generates a constant and repeating 360-degree cleaning pattern. Minimising consumption of both water and cleaning media, the GJ A6 is also easy to tune to match unique customer needs. This item enables companies to use less time cleaning, so more time can be spent producing.
The Alfa Laval GJ A6 is purpose-built to remove the most stubborn residues left in hygienic tanks from a wide variety of sectors, such as the Dairy, Brewery, Beverage, Food, and Personal Care industries.
The choice of nozzle diameters can optimise jet impact length and flow rate at the desired pressure.

How the GamaJet
A6 Works
The Gamajet range of high impact tank cleaning devices combine pressure and flow to create high impact cleaning jets. Cleaning occurs at the point at which the concentrated stream impacts the surface.
It is this impact and the tangential force that radiates from that point which blasts contaminants from the surface, scouring the tank interior. In conjunction with this impact, the device is engineered to rotate in a precise, repeatable and reliable, 360° pattern. This full-coverage, global indexing pattern ensures the entire tank interior is cleaned, every time.
