The Alfa Laval GJ A2 is a Rotary Jet Head tank cleaning machine, intended for use in hygienic or sanitary environments. Built to clean tanks from 0.5-1.5 m3, it pairs flow with pressure to emit powerful cleaning jets that spin in a constant, precise 360-degree cleaning pattern. The GJ A2 minimises water and cleaning media use, and is easily customised to meet customer needs, while enabling companies to spend less time cleaning and more time producing.
The Alfa Laval GJ A2 is designed to remove residues from hygienic tanks in a broad range of situations, like the Dairy, Brewery, Beverage, Food, and Personal Care industries.
The choice of nozzle diameters can optimise jet impact length and flow rate at the desired pressure.

How the GamaJet
A2 Works
The rotary jet head generates a high-impact jet stream that covers the entire 360° interior surface of the tank in an increasingly dense pattern. This delivers a strong mechanical impact while using minimal water and cleaning agents.
As the cleaning fluid flows through, the nozzles rotate around both vertical and horizontal axes. In the first cycle, they create a coarse pattern on the tank surface. With each successive cycle, the pattern becomes denser until a complete cleaning coverage is achieved.
