The (Toftejorg) SaniJet 25 Rotary Jet Head supplies 3D indexed impact cleaning over a specific period. It is automatic and provides a definitive way to achieve quality assurance in tank cleaning.
Used in Food and Dairy processes, and the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries, the SaniJet 25 is well-suited to processing, mixing and storage tanks/vessels between 15 and 150 m3 (4,000 to 40,000 US gallons) in size. The design is ideal for ultra-hygienic industries that follow European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group Guidelines.
Working Principle
Driven by the flow of cleaning fluid, the nozzles conduct a geared rotation around both vertical and horizontal axes. In the first cycle, a coarse pattern is laid out on the tank surface. Each cycle subsequently gradually makes the pattern denser, until a full completion is achieved after 8 cycles.
