The (Toftejorg) Alfa Laval TZ-79 Rotary Jet Head generates a 3D indexed impact clean in a pre-defined period of time. It provides a sure-fire means to achieve quality assured tank cleaning, and is fully automatic. The TZ-79 is suitable for storage, transportation and processing tanks and vessels of 250 to 1.250 m3 (66.000 to 328.000 US gallons) in volume. The device can be used in Brewery, Distillery, Food and Dairy processes, as well as many other industries.
Working Principle
The flow of the cleaning fluid rotates the nozzles around the vertical and horizontal axes using gears. The nozzles lay out a coarse pattern on the tank surface in the first cycle. Subsequent cycles make the pattern denser gradually, reaching completion after 8 cycles.
