The Alfa Laval Sanitary Rotacheck is an invaluable device that is used to enhance quality assurance in tank cleaning by providing an electronic means of verification of an Alfa Laval Rotary Jet Head’s 3D impact coverage. It is ideal for any task in which tank cleaning is performed by Rotary Jet Heads. The system can generate audible or visual signals, or integrate into a user’s process control system. It is notably well-suited to industries which require strict verification standards, like PAT in the Biopharma sector, as well as the Beverage and Food process industries.
Working Principle
The Alfa Laval Sanitary Rotacheck sensor is locationed precisely, in order to detect the fluid jets’ sweep and impact as they are released from the rotary jet head, during the course of a cleaning cycle. By monitoring the device’s geared operation and measuring the jets’ impact force, the sensor ensures proper cleaning performance. The Rotacheck Sensor System adjusts itself automatically, according to tank pressure.
