The revolutionary, fluid-driven Gamajet Aseptic-1 tank cleaning machine is designed for permanent installation and to provide true germ and bacteria-free cleaning to meet the demands of the dairy, beverage, food, pharmaceutical and personal care products industries.
The patented Aseptic-1 tank cleaning machine is designed to clean the entire tank, including areas with potential bacteria growth, making it ideal for sanitary cleaning applications.
Variable flow rates and a consistent 360º spray pattern ensure reproducible and repeatable cycles that provide thorough and verifiable cleaning.
The machine is self-cleaning and easy to assemble and disassemble for internal inspection.

Inlet Connection
Standard Connection: 1 1/2″ Slip-Joint over Sanitary Stainless Steel Tubing. Optional Connections: 1 1/2 or 2″ Tri-Clover Sanitary Fitting, 2″ Slip-Joint over Sanitary Stainless Steel Tubing and Retaining Clip. Other adaptor sizes are available upon request.
Construction/Design
Parts are machined from 316-L and 316 Stainless Steel investment castings or 316 SS bar stock. All exposed parts are 316-L Stainless Steel.
O-rings
Made from compliant UHMW-PE material.
Bearings
Bearings in the rotating elbow and nozzle housings are self-flushing Teflon & UHMW-PE Materials.

Drive Mechanism
The wash fluid enters the Gamajet at the inlet collar where it encounters and spins turbine blades. The turbine blades directly drive the body of the unit to the middle of the input shaft.
Mounting
Gamajet Aseptic-1 is designed to be mounted vertically, suspended from the top of the vessel. Lubricant:The Gamajet Aseptic-1 is a non-lubricated, contaminant-free unit. No customer supplied or user-maintained lubricant is needed.

Warranty
Gamajets are warranted for eighteen months from the date of shipment against any defects in workmanship or materials. Normal maintenance parts such as O-rings and bearings and are not included under this warranty, nor is damage caused by dropping, use of destructively corrosive fluids, or other abuse.
